I agree that by choosing "lost key card", I am requesting that my existing card be disabled and a new card be programmed. There is a $50 fee for replacement key cards to cover the cost of the card.
You will receive an invoice from CSM, the company that handles our billing for dues and pool key cards. A new card will be issued upon receipt of a payment confirmation from CSM.
Pool keys are programmed once a week. Any requests made for pool key replacement or activation will be fulfilled on the following Thursday morning.
