New Residents

Trash, recycling, and yard waste are included with your HOA dues, as are bins. Pickup is on Thursday.

The City of Independence provides water, sewer, and electricity. 

We can choose from Comcast/Xfinity and AT&T. 

Natural gas service is provided by Spire Energy.

The pool is open for residents during the summer.

We are in the Blue Springs R-IV school district.

As always, call 911. We are in Independence Police coverage and Central Jackson County Fire Protection.
